Welcome to Litchfield Hills Wine Market

We are located in beautiful Litchfield, Connecticut in the northwest corner of the state. We specialize in wine with more than 700 individually selected labels from around the world. We also have a full complement of spirits, domestic and imported beer, and craft brews. You’ll also find stylish accessories and gifts.

Litchfield Hills Wine Market opened in September, 2010. Our wonderful staff is here to serve you seven days a week: Monday - Saturday 10 am - 6 pm and Sunday 11 am - 5 pm. We're happy to place special orders if you need something we don't have in stock!

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to make deliveries.  We offer curbside service so you don't even have to get out of the car.  We know you like browsing our pretty store, looking at labels, and sampling wines on Saturdays at the tasting bar.  But we all need to be safe so we'll be around for years to come.  Once a majority of the populous is vaccinated, we'll begin to open up to the public.  Thanks for your patience and patronage.

The beer list changes so rapidly, that we end up putting up chalkboards in front of the store to keep you up to date.  We'll try to post that on Instagram and Facebook going forward...

Updates

With Covid-19 still a concern, we will be offering curbside service through the month of June.  We know you want to come in and peruse the labels, join us for Saturday wine tastings, chat, and pet Soybean.  Unfortunately, our shop is not configured for multiple customers while maintaining safe social distancing.  So thank you for your patience during this time.  We'll keep you updated on any new developments.

As soon as possible, we'll get back to our Saturday tastings, and begin to schedule special events and wine dinners.
